There is a single window by Percy Bacon & Brothers in St John the Baptist, Eldersfield. It is a small two light window with simple tracery at the east end of the chancel, the two main panels representing the standing figures of St Peter and St John the Baptist with angels playing musical instruments in the predella. In the tracery is a repressentation of the Agnus Dei standing on a sealed book.

The window is not dedicated in vitro, but on a brass plate on the chancel wall.

" To the Glory of God, and in loving memory of Richard Holmes, Vicar of this parish, 1857 to 1880. Rector of Ripple, 1880 to 1893. B. 1823 D. 1893, and of Margaret Anne, his wife, B. 1826 ; D. 1893, also of Alfred John, their son, B. 1862 ; D. 1890. In Jesu obdormiverunt."

Above each figure a scroll with the words:

St Peter: "Feed my sheep".
St John: "Prepare ye the way".

Although the window is dedicated to people who died in the early 1890s, it does not appear to have been installed until 1907. It was donated by the family of the late Rev. Holmes.1

The window is unsigned.
